A playground, not a manual

Learn it by doing it.

Everything below is live. Hold the orb, tick a habit, run the timer — it works here exactly as it does in the app.

The whole thing, in three moments

You do not need every pillar to start. One habit and a line of journal is a complete day.

1MorningOpen Home. Your score and what is due today are the first things on screen. Write a line of intent if you want something to answer tonight.
2As you goTick a habit when you do it. Log the set, the expense, the glass of water. Nothing takes more than a few taps, and none of it is required.
3EveningA short reflection, and the day settles. That is the whole loop — about sixty seconds.

The orb is the whole navigation

The circle in the middle of the bar is how you move around. Tap it to return to where you were. Hold it and every section fans out — slide your thumb to one and let go. It is the one thing nobody finds on their own, so try it here first.

A streak that survives a real life

Tick a habit and the day is counted. Your streak follows the days you showed up — at least one habit done — so one missed thing does not erase a month. A planned rest day does not break your gym streak either.

Tick one and the day counts. Your streak follows the days you showed up — not the days you were perfect.

Cardio is measured, not typed

Press Start and the timer runs, survives you locking the phone, and notifies you at your target. Or type the minutes for a run you did this morning — either way it counts towards the workout's total time.

Three taps is a health entry

Sleep, water, mood, stress, symptoms, vitals and cycle are all here, and none of them are required. Log the ones you care about and ignore the rest — what you log is what the AI Coach reads.

Thirty days of spending, one tap per day

Red is a day above your usual, green below, grey a day you spent nothing. Tap any bar and the summary follows it. Today stays on the month, because on the current day that is the number still moving.

Repeat on the days you actually do it

A task can carry a date, a time, a note and a checklist. Weekly repeats once a week — but most things are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, so pick those instead.

Ask about your own data

The Coach reads what you have logged and answers in plain language — no opinions it did not get from your numbers. It also writes a morning briefing and a weekly review. Ask something, then look at exactly what was sent.

Pick a question. Every answer here comes from the same small pile of sample data — and you can see exactly what was sent.

The app without opening the app

On iPhone, put a Life OS widget on your home screen: long-press, tap +, search Life OS. Five of them — habits, tasks, water, gym and your score. They are controls, not pictures.

These are real controls, not a picture. Tick a habit or add a glass — the app never opens, and the data is there when it does.

Your data

On your phone, and only there

No account, no sync, nothing on a server. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it — which also means the backup is yours to take before you change phones.

  • Settings → Export writes a JSON or CSV you can keep anywhere.
  • Google Drive backup is optional and you trigger it yourself.
  • Export before you reinstall or switch phones. There is no server copy to restore from.

That is all of it.
